yes, mixing is okay!

Many of our experienced clinicians have had great success in mixing products together, both at home and in the treatment room. By mixing products together, you can enhance treatments and treat multiple conditions at the same time.

Below are some great examples:

Mix the BPO 5% Cleanser with the Purifying Mask – this is a great option for those with oily skin and higher grades of acne who don’t want or aren’t ready for a peel, but need something a little more exfoliating. You can blend equal parts of these two products together and let it sit on your patient’s skin. Then before you remove it, massage gently.

Mix the Facial Wash with the Purifying Mask – Again, this is a great way to give your patients a little boost, especially those who don’t want a peel. The Facial Wash makes it easier to manipulate the Purifying Mask. Also, this is a great treatment with steam.

Mix the Ultra Peel II with an SPF – this is a great add-on treatment for any part of the body and can be done weekly. It provides hydration and cellular turnover with little to no visible exfoliation. Try this on the arms or legs for a hydrated, healthy glow.

Mix the C-Strength 20% with 5% Vitamin E with the Rejuvenating Serum – This is a great anti-aging, antioxidant blend for any skin type or condition. It will also reduce some of the coagulation that can occur during a treatment when you apply the C-Strength 20% with 5% Vitamin E separately. It is also a great way for patients to use these products at home if the C-Strength 20% with 5% Vitamin E is too active.

Mix the C-Strength 20% with 5% Vitamin E with the A&C Synergy Serum® – This is a great blend for oily, acneic skin types with uneven skin tone.

Mix ReBalance with an SPF at the end of the treatment protocol – this mixture will make it easier for the SPF to absorb into the skin and reduce some of the activity created by the ReBalance that some patients feel.
